U.S. Shipping

5-7 Business Days is $8. This is not a guaranteed service so the delivery time frames are an estimate.

3-5 Business Days is $12. This is not a guaranteed service so the delivery time frames are an estimate.

1 Business Day is $42. This is a guaranteed service.

Saturday Delivery  is $70. Delivery occurs on Saturday with this option and it is guaranteed.

Canada Shipping

10-15 Business Days is offered for a flat rate of $20.

1-2 Business Days is offered for a flat rate of $30.

International Shipping

We use DHL and USPS to ship Internationally. The price will be calculated at checkout, once you have entered your address. Based on your location, the website will calculate the price of shipping at checkout.

We offer 7-10 business days and 2-5 business days options at checkout.

Delivery times are not guaranteed (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to several other factors including SALES, National holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, product availability and credit card authorization.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the customer once the order is processed.

It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Erisa’s Kid Couture is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen. We recommend that you select "Signature Required" when placing your order, which we offer at no additional cost, to ensure that your package is signed before it is dropped off at your location.

Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

 

FOR U.S. ORDERS

If you’re not totally obsessed with your purchase,  exchange it within 5-7 business days of receiving. We’ll process your request as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charge.

  1.             We do not issue refunds.
  2.             Clothing Hang Tag must be attached, and the item must arrive in the original condition that it was shipped in.

 

  1.             Contact our Support team: Use the contact form on our website.     Provide order number and the item you wish to return as well as a short reason for returning it.
  2.             We offer return labels for a small fee of $10 or you can return it using your own shipping method. Print it and tape it onto the package you are returning back to our office. 
  3.             As soon as our Returns Team processes it, we will contact you with your store credit code.

If you’re using one of our return labels, you can track your return. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processed!

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you’re not totally obsessed with your erisaskidscouture.com purchase, return or exchange it within 60 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 3 business days for our team to process your return credit. Credit is processed in the form of STORE CREDIT. This can be used toward an exchange, or a new order. Store Credit never expires.Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  1.             When you return your purchase to erisaskidscouture.com by mail within 60 days of the purchase date, you will receive store credit for the amount of the product, minus shipping cost.
  2.             We only issue store credit. We do not issue refunds.

Once you’ve shipped the item back to us, we strongly suggest that you save the tracking number used to ship the item. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processed!

PLEASE NOTE: All sale, pre-order and custom purchases are FINAL SALE and they are not eligible for refund .  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be returned back to the customer.
